You mentioned that you changed the password and then logged out.
The AdminP request comes from the client, so in order for it to be made, the client PC must connect to the server.
Try restarting the client, then logging back in and then authenticate with the server. Then wait a few minutes. You should see the password change request come thru.
I've seen cases here where it appears that the request never came thru, but have narrowed it down, in most cases anyway, to an issue where the user changes their password, and immediately logs out, and doesn't authenticate with the server again for 10 - 20 days.
Another thing - what version of the client are you running? I'd upgrade to the latest and test again.
